3.How long is the production lead time ?
Typically, sample production takes 5-10 working days based on the complexity. For bulk orders, the lead time is usually 15-35 days after the pre-production sample is approved and the deposit is received. We always strive to meet your tight deadlines without compromising quality.
4.Can I get a Free sample to check?
Sure. we provide 1pcs free sample(our stock) for each new customer in order to save the cost for them.
5.Can I get a custom sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes, absolutely. We provide a professional sampling service where we create a prototype based on your tech packs or design ideas. This ensures the fit, fabric, and other aspects meet your expectations before moving into mass production.
6.Do you offer custom labeling and packaging?
Yes, we offer custom labeling and packaging , we are on stop service factory, from design to shipping.
7. Can I get a refund for the sample cost when I place bulk orders?
Sample cost will be refunded when we do a bulk order for the corresponding design and the order quantity is more than 200pcs.
8.What Color and fabric do you have ?
We have established relationships with premium fabric mills in Guangzhou. We can source a wide range of materials, including cotton, recycled polyester, high-performance athletic fabrics, and luxury silks. If you have a specific fabric in mind, you can also send us a physical tech for us to match perfectly.
